Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant
All Tennessee Technology Center students who are Tennessee residents and seeking a diploma or certificate may apply for the Tennessee Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant (WNTSG).
The Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant is part of the Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship program. The WNTSG is a grant that is available only to Tennessee residents that attend a Tennessee Technology Center.
- To be eligible students must be a Tennessee resident one year prior to the processing date of the FAFSA.
- No minimum high school grade point average is required; No ACT test required for admission.
- Students can enroll as a full-time or part-time TTC student pursuing a diploma or certificate.
- Up to $2000 per year is available for WNTSG recipients.
- Part Time awards will be pro-rated based upon scheduled hours.
- To maintain the WNTSG students must maintain satisfactory academic progress (a grade of āCā or better and meet attendance requirements).
- Students may receive WNTSG for all coursework required for completion of the certificate or diploma program.
- Students must maintain continuous enrollment to retain WNTSG.
- WNTSG may be used for one program only.
- Students must reapply each year using the FAFSA.
- Any individual who receives the Hope Scholarship is not eligible for WNTSG.
- Once a student becomes ineligible for the WNTSG, for any reason, the student shall not be eligible to regain the WNTSG.

Apply by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or renewal.
Award amounts are based on available funding from the State Lottery.
