Dreamspark Premium - TTC Shelbyville

Dreamspark is now a premium service that offers faculty and students tools and operating systems. Microsoft puts professional developer tools and training in your hands—all at no charge—so that you can build, share, develop and explore now. You will be able to create your accounts in the upcoming two weeks. Dreamspark.  You can go ahead and download software NOW and later go back and hit the premium services for more software.  (See Below)

This is for techncial departments only that use the software as part of their curriculum and will be available for Full-Time and Part-Time Students.*   Faculty and Staff are included (educators).

How to Get an Account

The IT Department will set up accounts for eligible students and staff. Students and staff will be given their login credentials and instructions on the initial setup.

As a member, institutions, labs, faculty and students may install the software on their personal computers. However, DreamSpark is much more than simply a software subscription. Membership includes:

1. DreamSpark software subscription that includes Microsoft platform, server and developer tools software as well as betas, new releases and tech support.
2. Special license rights allowing a department to install DreamSpark software on any number of departmental lab machines for instructional and research purposes.
3. The ability for students taking at least one credit course offered by the member department to install the software on their personal machines for use in coursework and personal development projects.
4. Instant online access to all DreamSpark content.
5. No-charge access to e-academy’s License Management System (ELMS) for automated distribution of software and product keys to eligible users via the Web.
