WELCOME.....

The central goal of the Tennessee Technology Center at Shelbyville is to provide each and every individual an opportunity to learn life long occupational skills, obtain excellent work characteristics develop personal attributes,  and add skills for success in the workplace and in life.  The principle means by which our goal is accomplished is teaching, both to the individual and in groups, through hands-on work projects, either in the classroom or in the real work environment.

The first priority of the faculty and staff is the education of our students.  We strive constantly for excellence in teaching knowledge and skills to our students.  Through the efforts of a highly qualified, dedicated faculty and staff, the TTCS creates a dynamic and exciting educational environment to help each student develop unique capabilities and skills necessary to reach full potential.

For over forty years the TTCS has played a major role in the development of the workplace in the seven counties it serves by educating and training the current and future workforce.  We expect to continue to fill this role for many years to come.  Together, the faculty and staff make a difference in the quality of life in our community.
