Carl Marshall Chosen Tennessee Technology Center Shelbyville Outstanding Student of the Year

Carl Marshall, a recent Computer Information Technology student, was named local winner of the Tennessee Technology Center Outstanding Student of the Year program on November 18, 2011.

The Tennessee Board of Regents, Office of Tennessee Technology Centers sponsors the Outstanding Student of the Year program statewide.

The Outstanding Student of the Year program seeks to spotlight the importance of technical education in today's world of work and to recognize outstanding achievement by students attending Tennessee Technology Centers.

In addition to Carl, two other students were recognized for their outstanding achievement, character and leadership.  They are Angela Chism, a Practical Nursing Student from Winchester, TN, and Antonio Amaro, an Industrial Electricity student from Shelbyville, TN.
